341A Living Room

Although we can offer you the best rate quote and availability on any condo in El Taj,we’d like to share information on our 1 bedroom condo, 341.

This is the largest 1 bedroom unit closest to the beach.  You’ll have spectacular views of the turquoise blue waters and white sandy beaches from all rooms.  There are marble floors from the terrace, throughout the unit, continuing onto the large balcony off the master bedroom.  The  high ceilings and private balcony enhances the viewing pleasure of the unspoiled Caribbean setting.

The large master bedroom has a view of the water and beach, king-sized bed, flat screen television, closets, and safe.

341B Bedroom

There is a large, private, 75 square foot balcony off the master bedroom where you can sit on the  outdoor furniture and take in the views of the water and beach.

The living room has windows facing the beach and water plus two huge sliding glass doors leading out to the private terrace.  There is a 9 foot long built in couch, large flat screen television, DVD Player, and stereo system with IPod dock in the living room.

The open living room and kitchen both face the Gulf on one side and a private terrace on another side facing the tropical plants in the courtyard and overlooks the pool on the lower level and Jacuzzi.

The kitchen has everything you need including a full sized stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, eating utensils, granite countertops, and more.

341C Private Balcony off Master Bedroom

The bathroom has wall to wall marble and a window in the shower so you can enjoy a view of the surf and sand all the way to the horizon.

Sit outside on either the private balcony off the master bedroom or the private terrace and listen to the crashing waves of the Caribbean Sea below you and feel the soft Gulf breezes.  Tap into the wireless internet while you sit outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Walk down the stairs, past the pool and lounge area, and you’re on the beach.   The beach in front of El Taj is white powdery sand and you can walk for miles in either direction.  The Private Beach Club is next to the pool and there are palm trees to relax under if you need a break from the sun.

• Reciprocal pool/Jacuzzi arrangement exists with El Taj Beach across the street, so you have a choice of pools.

At night, stroll down the pedestrian-only Fifth Avenue (La Quinta) filled with multicultural restaurants, trendy cafes and coffee shops, nightspots, boutiques.  Sit outside and people watch.  It’s similar to being in Europe.

The courtyard of El Taj Ocean has beautiful landscaping of palm trees, tropical plants, flowers and three jetted whirlpool bath chaise lounge chairs that face the beach and water. Complementary outdoor tables and lounges are provided for relaxing and entertaining around the pool.
Relax on lounge chairs next to the pool, which appears to blend right into the ocean.

Just 6 blocks from the condo is the Cozumel Ferry Pier, which takes you to Cozumel. El Taj Ocean is 2 short blocks to 5th Ave.
