Porto Playa Condo/Hotel

The Porto Playa Condo/Hotel is located in the heart of Playa, 1 block off the beach, 1 block off 5th Ave. 1 block south of Constituyentes in the Premier Zone. It is the best location in Playa.

There is a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo’s, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom Penthouses (penthouses also have a private rooftop with jacuzzi, gas grill, lounge furniture and palapa’s.  If you have children under 3 and/or you are not able to do stairs, the Sanctuary level might be better suited to your needs. floor.  There are wonderful terraces on the Sanctuary level.

The views and the breezes are the best on the second and third floors where there are incredible balconies. The view of the pools, Jacuzzi’s, sanctuary and narrow view of the Gulf is tranquil.

You can hear the waterfalls from our unit and we overlook both pools as well as the sanctuary.  The focal point in Porto Playa is a Sanctuary reminiscent of a tropical rain forest with bright flowers, palm trees, banana trees, a gazebo and private nooks and crannies.

The kitchens have everything you need including a coffee maker, full refrigerator, stove, blender, full-size coffee maker, and microwave. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.

Kitchens are fully stocked and include counter with barstools. Kitchens look out to balcony, pool and sanctuary.

The bedrooms are quite large and have private balconies, wonderful views of the pool, sanctuary and a glimpse of the gulf.

Porto Playa Condo/Hotels has only 21 units. All units have zoned air conditioning and have various other features.  Bathrooms have marble floors and walls, many units have dual sinks in the master bath and large showers built for 2.

Maya Villa was completed in 2008 and has a unique ghecko pool in addition to beautiful units.

Seventeen spacious condominiums are nestled in a tropical oasis with a Mayan influence throughout the design. Handcrafted by the regions most talented Mayan artists and craftsman the entrance, a great Mayan arch, beckons you into a world of it’s own! It is known throughout the region as the “jewel of Playa” because of the Jade colored Gecko shaped mosaic and glass tile pool that sparkles like a gem. To top it off is a 40 foot waterfall cascading into the pool. Some of the penthouses feature amazing views of the Caribbean sea which is just half of a block away.

Located in the Zona Primera (premier zone) of Playa del Carmen. Ideally located between the Caribbean Ocean and 5th Ave., you can enjoy the sights of the ocean waves with the convenience of the best restaurants, nightlife and shopping within easy walking distance.

El Taj Beach Condo/Hotel

El Taj Beach was created with the same signature wavy balconies as all of our properties.  This one also has a Bali theme throughout.  There are 16 condominiums.  An assortment of 1 ,2, and 3 bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom penthouse.  The relaxing heated pool on Beachside property is an exotic black mosaic infinity pool with an extra large Jacuzzi.  The Beachside condos have private and balconies overlooking exotic plants, Lilly ponds and all units face the pool and cascading waterfalls. Some have views of the beach and water.  An additional amenity for guests of El Taj Beach is the use of the pool at El Taj Ocean, directly across the street.

Villas Sacbe Condo/Hotel

Sacbe was finished in 2002. It is a romantic, boutique Condo Hotel and features:

* 12 beautifully decorated 1 and 2 bedroom condos.
* Each condo surrounds a private courtyard with a richly landscaped garden and fountain.
* Large whirlpool which overflows into a plunge pool.
