The following are pictures of Porto Playa, Maya Villa, and Villas Sacbe. All the properties were developed by the same group and have similar architecture and layout. All are rented by the same Property Management Group, Playa Associates. Playa Associates occasionally offers special prices, so please email me and ask if there are any specials for the dates you are looking for.

Porto Playa Condo/Hotel
Porto Playa has 21 units and is a blend of nature and architecture

The Porto Playa Condo/Hotel is located in the heart of Playa, 1 block off the beach, 1 block off 5th Ave. 1 block south of Constituente in the Premier Zone. It is the best location in Playa.
Porto Playa has many ammenities including concierge service, fine dining in Negrosal Restaurant, The Gym, Coffee and Smoothie Shop. Room service is available.

There is a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo’s. Some have better views than others. If you have children under 3 and/or you are not able to do stairs, the Sanctuary level might be better suited to your needs. floor. There are wonderful terraces on the Sanctuary level.
The views and the breezes are the best on the second and third floors where there are incredible balconies. The view of the pools, Jacuzzi’s, sanctuary and narrow view of the Gulf is tranquil.

You can hear the waterfalls from our unit and we overlook both pools as well as the sanctuary. The focal point in Porto Playa is a Sanctuary reminiscent of a tropical rain forest with bright flowers, palm trees, banana trees, a gazebo and private nooks and crannies.

The kitchens have everything you need including a coffee maker, full refrigerator, stove, blender, full-size coffee maker, and microwave. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.
Kitchens are fully stocked and include counter with barstools. Kitchens look out to balcony, pool and sanctuary.
The bedrooms are quite large and have private balconies, wonderful views of the pool, sanctuary and a glimpse of the gulf.

Porto Playa Condo/Hotels has only 21 units, full concierge service, daily maid service (except for Sundays) opened in 2006. All units are air conditioned and have various other features.
Even the bathrooms have marble floors and walls and are built for 2.
A large glass shower for 2 as well as his and hers sinks.
